In Cameroon, money is rarely lost in the network: it is lost while typing. One digit misheard, one customer in a hurry, and the transfer lands on a stranger's account. Getting it back, when possible, means trips to the branch, letters and hours.
And even when everything goes right, dictating your number costs time. For every customer you repeat the nine digits, have them read it back, start over. Across a day at the counter that adds up — and every repetition is a chance to get it wrong.

One object, two uses
A tag does exactly one thing: trigger an action that is already filled in. Taking payments at the counter or paying your bill from the fridge — same object, only the recorded action changes.

What the tag holds — and what it doesn't
A MoniTrack tag holds no money, no PIN and no access to your account. It only carries an encrypted shortcut to an action, signed by our servers. Lost or stolen, you disable it from the app and it stops working immediately, on the phone as well as on the web.
Frequently asked questions
Does the app have to be installed to use a tag?
Not for your customers: without the app, the phone opens a MoniTrack page offering the action and the download. With the app, the action opens directly, already filled in.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. Recent iPhones read NFC tags with nothing special to install. And on a phone without NFC, the QR printed on the holder does exactly the same job with the camera.
Who writes the actions onto the tag?
We do. Your tags are encoded before shipping with the actions you give us. You can reconfigure them later from the app.
How many actions per tag?
Up to 3 on the models offered here: for example receive a payment, pay an ENEO bill and top up airtime.
How do I pay for my order?
On delivery. You pay when you receive your tags, in cash or by Mobile Money. Nothing is charged upfront.
What if I lose a tag?
You disable it from the app. It stops working right away, on the phone as well as on the web, and nobody can claim it.
